- • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts ranging from $100k to multi-million dollar ARR, primarily within Forbes Global 2000 companies, ensuring value realization, adoption, retention, and growth through the Workato platform.
- • Guide customers through their Enterprise Orchestration and AI journey by leveraging deep knowledge of Workato’s value propositions, use cases, best practices, and AI roadmap development.
- • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer executives to align Workato’s capabilities with their transformation initiatives, including delivering Customer Objectives Reviews and Exec Business Reviews.
- • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer business goals, use cases, and desired outcomes to drive product adoption across multiple business functions and expand usage beyond initial deployment teams.
- • Create and maintain customer-specific assets such as Joint Success Plans that map Workato deployment progress to business initiatives, value metrics, and deployment timelines.
- • Monitor and articulate customer achievement of desired outcomes to both internal stakeholders and external customer leadership, effectively telling the story of impact and ROI.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, prioritizing and orchestrating cross-functional resolution to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- • Champion customer needs internally by building trusted relationships with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to mitigate risk, improve experience, and unlock expansion opportunities.
- • Professionally manage account reporting, growth plans, and mitigation strategies in alignment with company best practices and documentation standards.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the Customer Success practice by developing playbooks, driving process innovation, and improving operational efficiency.
- • Run product adoption hackathons and bootcamps to accelerate usage, engagement, and community building among customer teams.
- • Actively participate in sales activities to identify and drive revenue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating closely with the sales team.
- • Serve as an expert in integration and business automation deployment models and governance structures, sharing industry best practices across customer and internal teams.
- • Engage with diverse customer stakeholders—from developers to C-level executives—tailoring communication to technical and business audiences to drive alignment and adoption.
- • Maintain fluency in English for all written and spoken communication with global customers and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS or equivalent technical education; MBA preferred
- • 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, client relationship, or technical account management with proven success in adoption, retention, and NRR growth
- • Prior experience as a Senior CSM, Account Manager, or Sales Executive in a PaaS environment
- • Experience managing enterprise accounts with ARR from $100k to multi-million dollars across Forbes Global 2000 companies
- • Strong written and oral presentation skills with ability to engage business and technical stakeholders from developer to C-level
- • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
