  • Engage, retain, and enable customers to achieve desired outcomes through proactive relationship management, onboarding support, and ongoing platform guidance within an assigned territory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities for the sales team while contributing to the development of Avero’s Customer Success function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, adapt to global business needs with occasional off-hours work, and help hospitality operators shift focus from back-office tasks to front-line guest and staff engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in the hospitality industry or with hospitality-focused technology solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a people-first mindset, high energy, and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and collaborate effectively with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Comfort working outside normal operating hours due to the global nature of the business and customer base.
