- • As a Customer Success Manager at Cin7 Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with our inventory management solutions, directly contributing to customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth in a fast-expanding global SaaS company.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, providing ongoing product training and support, identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell, monitoring customer health scores, and acting as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and drive product adoption across multiple sales channels.

- • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- • Experience working with inventory management, ERP, or e-commerce systems is highly desirable.
- • Ability to analyze customer usage data and health metrics to drive proactive engagement and retention strategies.
