- • As a Customer Success Manager at Vendelux, you will be at the forefront of empowering our clients to harness the full potential of our AI-powered event marketing platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring our high-growth customers achieve maximum value and success from their investment in Vendelux, solidifying our position as the system of record for event marketing.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across our client base. This involves understanding their strategic objectives, challenges, and how event marketing fits into their broader business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through every stage of their journey with Vendelux.
- • A critical part of your role is to master and execute our onboarding process. You will guide new customers through comprehensive training, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform and quickly realize its benefits. Your goal is to ensure a seamless transition and set them up for immediate success and long-term satisfaction.
- • You will proactively identify and deeply understand the unique needs, pain points, and aspirations of each customer. This deep understanding will enable you to tailor solutions, provide strategic guidance, and recommend best practices that align with their specific event marketing strategies and desired outcomes.
- • Developing and implementing strategic account plans will be a core function. These plans will outline key milestones, define responsibilities, establish clear timelines, and ensure continuous alignment between the customer's goals and Vendelux's capabilities. This proactive approach will drive customer retention and identify opportunities for growth.
- • You will be responsible for creating clear and compelling business cases for customers, demonstrating the tangible ROI and business impact they achieve through Vendelux. This involves showcasing how our platform helps them discover high-ROI events, optimize their event spend, and ultimately drive lead generation and brand building.
- • A key aspect of fostering customer loyalty and advocacy is building a vibrant community. You will contribute to this by organizing and facilitating valuable knowledge-sharing initiatives, such as webinars, customer spotlight case studies, and potentially customer advisory boards, to strengthen the network and collective learning among our users.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer internally, collecting and meticulously analyzing feedback from clients and collaborating closely with our Product, Sales, and Engineering teams. This feedback loop is crucial for refining our strategies, enhancing our solutions, and continuously improving the overall customer experience.
- • You will champion and promote proven strategies, methodologies, and processes that have led to success for other Vendelux customers. By sharing these insights, you empower your clients to adopt best practices and maximize their event marketing effectiveness.
- • Your role extends to identifying opportunities for account expansion and advocating for renewals. By consistently demonstrating value and ensuring customer satisfaction, you will play a vital role in the growth and retention of our client base.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends in event marketing and SaaS technology, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to your clients and the Vendelux team.
- • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through innovative technology.
- • You will contribute to the development and refinement of our Customer Success playbook, sharing your learnings and helping to scale the function as Vendelux continues its rapid growth.
- • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion, ensuring that every Vendelux customer becomes a vocal advocate for our platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, specifically within B2B SaaS companies, ideally at a growth-stage startup.
- • Proven track record of owning the full client lifecycle, including successful onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and upsells.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and a drive for excellence.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and a proven capacity to learn quickly.
