- • Customer Success Manager at Onhires Inc. is a strategic, high-impact role focused on driving post-sale outcomes for enterprise clients in the AI-powered business communication space. This role is critical to ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI from AI agents embedded in their ATS and CRM systems, directly influencing retention, expansion, and long-term success in a fast-growing market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include mastering the AI agent platform to become a trusted advisor, owning the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion, designing and configuring AI solutions across voice, chat, and messaging channels, translating business needs into scalable technical integrations, driving product adoption and usage growth, leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess performance and mitigate churn risks, and proactively identifying expansion opportunities based on customer success patterns.
- • The role operates within a remote-first, LATAM-based team with optional hybrid access to a WeWork office in Vicente López, Buenos Aires. The company is a fast-growing innovator in AI-driven workflow automation, partnering with enterprise staffing and workforce organizations to embed intelligent agents into core business systems. Success here means working at the intersection of customer success, solution design, and light technical architecture — shaping how AI transforms enterprise operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in post-sale SaaS Customer Success or Account Management roles
- • Strong systems thinking and technical curiosity with ability to design solutions beyond relationship management
- • Full English fluency required for effective communication with U.S.-based customers and internal teams
- • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a proactive, structured, and accountable mindset
- • Experience with or aptitude for learning AI agents, CRM/ATS integrations, and workflow automation concepts
