  • • Customer Success Manager at Avero, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth within the hospitality SaaS industry. As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, you will ensure they achieve their desired outcomes using the Avero platform, directly contributing to their operational success and enabling them to focus more on guest experiences and team leadership.
  • • Day to day, you will manage customer onboarding, provide ongoing support and training, monitor product usage and health, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team, and gather feedback to inform product improvements. You will also be expected to work outside standard hours occasionally due to the global customer base, maintaining high-touch relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company
  • • Experience working in the hospitality industry or with hospitality-focused technology solutions
  • • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a people-first, service-oriented mindset
  • • Ability to work independently and manage a customer portfolio with minimal supervision
  • • Willingness to work outside normal business hours occasionally due to global customer demands
  • • Located in the Las Vegas, NV area (fully remote role for local candidates)
