- • As a Customer Success Manager at Intellistack Technologies Inc., you will own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of customers, acting as their primary advocate and partner to help them realize maximum value from the platform.
- • Day to day, you will oversee onboarding and implementation for new accounts, guide existing accounts to maximize value and efficiency, monitor account health, develop success plans and business reviews, build consultative relationships with executive stakeholders, drive adoption and license utilization, act as a customer advocate internally, lead strategic check-ins and adoption reviews, educate customers on training and resources, partner with Sales on retention and contract cycles, manage renewals, maintain accurate interaction data in Salesforce, and meet performance objectives including churn reduction and upsell targets.
