- • As a Customer Success Manager at Ensora Health, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-value customers, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, and long-term retention in the mental and behavioral health technology space.
- • Day to day, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, design and execute success strategies, monitor customer health, partner with cross-functional teams, serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and reviewing strategies.
- • Ensora Health is a leading provider of software and services for mental and behavioral health therapists, trusted by over 200,000 individual providers and 28,000+ practices, offering AI-enabled solutions that span practice management, EMR, e-prescribing, and billing to eliminate administrative complexity and support therapist-client harmony.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare technology customer success, strengthen your ability to drive retention and expansion, grow as a mentor and leader within the Customer Success organization, and contribute to shaping best practices that impact therapist and client outcomes at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related role
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Experience working with CRM systems
- • Proven experience mentoring others and contributing to team development
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
