- • As a Customer Success Manager at Feathr, you will serve as the bridge between the company and its nonprofit customers, ensuring satisfaction, understanding unique needs, and driving success as a subject-matter expert and guide.
- • You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, become a Feathr product expert, guide customers in utilizing the platform to amplify marketing efforts, lead Joint Success Plans, drive multi-threading within customer organizations, assist in developing independent campaign planning skills, track account progress in Salesforce and Planhat, own the end-to-end renewal process including contract management and expansion, and create and lead Business Reviews to highlight value and uncover growth opportunities.

- • In this role, you will develop strategic vision for account health, educate customers to become proficient and self-sufficient, demonstrate executive presence in conversations with senior stakeholders, proactively communicate technical concepts clearly, apply evolving marketing best practices to customer strategies, and grow your expertise in nonprofit marketing technology while driving retention, renewal, and value outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Customer Success or B2B SaaS Account Management role focused on driving customer retention, renewal, and value outcomes
- • 2+ years experience developing, managing, or planning digital marketing campaigns
- • Non-profit or association industry experience is strongly preferred
- • Agile and organized with ability to manage shifting priorities including escalations, retention risk, and strategic initiatives
- • Strategic vision to maintain high-level view of account health and focus on long-term business strategy and value realization
- • Customer Educator mindset to empower customers to become proficient and self-sufficient while driving adoption of new features and best practices
