- • As a Customer Success Manager at Hive Technologies Inc., you will serve as an in-house email marketing expert who works directly with clients to ensure they leverage Hive’s platform effectively to connect with customers and sell tickets, playing a critical role in driving customer success and product evolution.
- • Day to day, you will provide email marketing strategy to customers, maintain regular contact with key clients to maximize product value, onboard and nurture customers and partners, gather and analyze customer feedback to inform the product roadmap, support top partners including agencies and tech platforms, and contribute to scaling the overall customer experience strategy as the company grows.
- • Hive Technologies Inc. is a remote-first company based in Canada, serving 1500+ iconic event brands across North America with a marketing platform that powers email, SMS, and ad campaigns through integrations with 25+ partners like Ticketmaster and Shopify, helping clients sell out shows and create unforgettable events.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B customer success and email marketing, develop strategic advisory skills, influence product direction through customer insights, and grow your impact in a fast-growing, remote-first tech environment that values clarity, ownership, and real customer outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role working with customers and building relationships
- • Strong communicator confident connecting with clients through multiple channels
- • Self-motivated and eager to identify new opportunities to drive impact
- • Natural problem solver keen to identify issues and the best ways to fix them
- • Confident and detail-oriented writer who enjoys conveying complex concepts in a simple way
- • Comfortable using Hubspot and other Customer Success Management tools
