- • As a Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform, directly contributing to customer success and business growth.
- • Day to day, you will develop and maintain strategic customer relationships, provide technical product expertise, serve as the primary escalation point for issue resolution, coach and mentor team members, and deliver data-driven insights to inform product and team decisions.
- • You will join Workato’s growing Commercial Customer Success team within a global leader in enterprise orchestration, trusted by 400,000+ customers, known for its innovative, flexible, and trust-oriented culture that values ownership, collaboration, and work-life balance.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS customer success, integration technologies, and cross-functional business processes while developing leadership skills through mentoring and strategic program development, positioning you for advancement in a high-growth technology environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS or equivalent education
- • 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success management, or technical account management, with preference for SaaS/iPaaS background
- • Experience in integration and/or business automation
- • Understanding of large, complex businesses with multiple stakeholders
- • Comfortable operating with revenue targets and a proven track record of high customer retention and growth
- • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- • Ability to work Australia Hours as required
