- • As a Customer Success Manager at Rocket Companies, Inc., you will engage customers and maximize the value of their Rocket investments by partnering cross-functionally to align customer goals with intelligent insights, track success using predictive signals, and proactively optimize outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will work closely with your account team on assigned accounts, get to know customers by understanding their business environment and objectives, documenting product usage, defining success metrics, and building strong relationships within customer accounts.
- • You will collaborate with Account Executives to hold business reviews, partner with Renewals on risk mitigation, work with Retention Marketing on engagement campaigns, identify advocate customers, and manage the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, feedback loops, and value realization.

- • In this role, you will develop strategic customer relationships, strengthen your analytical and relationship-building skills, influence customer retention and expansion, and grow your expertise in SaaS customer success using tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Customer Success Management with proven success in developing strategic customer relationships and managing Fortune 500 accounts
- • Strong empathy for customers and a genuine belief that customer success drives company success
- • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce preferred
- • Bachelor’s Degree required
- • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
