- • As a Customer Success Manager at Screenverse Media LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth by managing agency and client relationships within the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Your work ensures seamless campaign execution, proactive issue resolution, and strategic value delivery to media owner and buyer partners.
- • Day to day, you will own the management of agency and client relationships, oversee campaign setup and execution across platforms, monitor performance with actionable reporting, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify risks and blockers early, and pursue upsell opportunities through strategic recommendations that enhance client value.
- • Screenverse is the world’s largest and most diverse digital screen network, combining cutting-edge technology with expert talent to optimize monetization of digital screens in the physical world. As programmatic specialists, we offer a unified access point for advertisers and publishers, delivering expansive reach, operational efficiency, and strategic collaboration across our global network.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in programmatic adtech, strengthen your stakeholder management and analytical skills, and contribute directly to the company’s growth by building trusted partnerships that drive retention, optimization, and revenue expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic, or media
- • Proven ability to manage agency relationships and campaign execution
- • Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or similar platforms (e.g., Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, The Trade Desk)
- • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Slack
- • Data-driven thinking with ability to translate insights into action
- • Strong partner communication and relationship management skills
