- • As a Customer Success Manager at Suite Studios Inc., you will drive customer adoption, retention, and long-term value by guiding customers from onboarding through ongoing optimization, ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes with the company’s platform and services.
- • Day to day, you will lead customer onboarding, monitor health through usage data and feedback, identify upsell and renewal opportunities, champion the customer voice across product and engineering teams, and partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless experience.
- • Suite Studios Inc. is a media and entertainment technology company focused on delivering innovative solutions that empower creative professionals, where customer success is central to product growth and organizational strategy.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise customer strategy, technical product advocacy, and cross-functional influence, while building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and shaping scalable customer success processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in customer success or full lifecycle account management within media & entertainment or a technical environment
- • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as a trusted point of contact
- • Experience creating and executing customized success plans for enterprise customers to ensure full solution utilization
- • Technically minded with ability to quickly learn new technical concepts
- • Strategic thinker capable of shifting between detailed execution and high-level vision in customer conversations
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate complex ideas simply and convince C-level executives
