📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager at Deel, you will be the face and voice of the company for clients, building genuine and durable relationships that drive long-term revenue growth while serving as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related issues.
• • Day to day, you will manage a high volume of SMB accounts, identify and flag churn risks, build client relationships by solving pain points and spotting growth opportunities, collect and share product feedback with internal teams, ensure high-quality customer experiences, coordinate with stakeholders for timely request resolution, and drive adoption of platform features to improve retention.
