- • As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to top customers from deployment through renewal, driving adoption, expansion, and long-term value realization of Cato’s SASE platform.
- • Day to day, you will own the health of assigned accounts, build relationships with key customer stakeholders, conduct QBRs, lead product adoption assessments, manage renewals and upsells, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Support Engineering teams to ensure customer success.
- • Cato Networks is a pioneer in converging enterprise networking and security into a unified cloud-delivered SASE service, led by industry veterans and backed by strong market momentum, with a mission to become the global leader in secure cloud networking.
