- • As a Customer Success Manager at Bloomreach, you will be the key contact point for a portfolio of approximately 20 customers, treating them as your own business space — driving strategy, growth, and value at every stage of the cooperation.
- • You will build long-term relationships with clients, act as a trusted advisor and industry expert, and ensure that Bloomreach’s Engagement product delivers value aligned with client goals and strategy.
- • You will work independently and proactively, identifying opportunities, making decisions, and driving outcomes without waiting for instructions, taking full end-to-end ownership of client relationships.
- • You will join the Client Services Team, contributing to Bloomreach’s mission of revolutionizing how businesses connect with customers through its agentic platform for personalization powered by Loomi AI, serving over 1,400 global brands.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow professionally through access to a $1,500 annual professional education budget, participation in leadership and people development programs, and mentorship from internal experts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of work experience, ideally 2+ years in B2B SaaS in online retail/e-commerce analytics, marketing, or similar roles such as Account Manager or CSM.
- • Ability to understand and apply analytical concepts to identify business stages, key KPIs, and relevant metrics for decision-making.
- • In-depth knowledge of business trends and the ability to quickly understand clients’ business models, with familiarity in e-commerce, marketing, and related emerging sectors.
- • Working proficiency in English (required); Russian is highly valued; French, Italian, or Spanish are nice to have.
