- • As a Customer Success Manager at Nextpatient Inc., you will be responsible for onboarding medical practices onto the company’s healthcare software platform and ensuring their long-term success through proactive support, training, and relationship management.
- • Day to day, you will lead client implementations, configure the platform to match clinical workflows, conduct web-based training sessions, serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback for product improvements, and proactively educate clients on best practices and new features.
- • Nextpatient Inc. is a small, bootstrapped team of 30 people building intuitive software that modernizes patient experiences in medical practices by integrating with legacy systems to enable online scheduling, bill pay via text, digital check-in, and automated reminders—used in thousands of offices nationwide despite no external funding.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare SaaS, strengthen your client advisory and problem-solving abilities, influence product direction through frontline insights, and grow professionally by owning end-to-end client outcomes and driving process improvements across implementation and support functions.
