- • As a Customer Success Manager at David Energy, you will own and scale relationships across a rapidly growing portfolio of customers, serving as a Trusted Energy Advisor to ensure clients achieve measurable savings and long-term value from the company’s innovative clean energy solutions.
- • You will manage onboarding, deployment, and ongoing account management for SMB and Mid-Market customers, drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, and Product, and translate complex energy data into clear, actionable insights that support customer decision-making and retention.
- • David Energy is a Series A clean energy startup building a new kind of power company that delivers cheaper, cleaner electricity by leveraging renewable sources and controllable assets like batteries, with a mission to run the grid on clean energy 24/7/365.
- • In this role, you will help define and scale the Customer Success function as the company expands to hundreds of customer locations, directly impacting customer retention, expansion, and the company’s ability to deliver on its “Beat the Utility” promise.
