- • As a Customer Success Manager at Nabis, you will own the post-onboarding journey for a dedicated portfolio of brand and retail cannabis partners, serving as their trusted long-term point of contact and ensuring they continuously unlock value from our technology and logistics network.
- • Day to day, you will develop tailored success plans, conduct business reviews, monitor account health signals, troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships and drive adoption.
- • Nabis is the #1 licensed cannabis wholesale platform in the world, supplying $1B+ in cannabis products annually across California, New York, and Nevada, backed by Y Combinator and founded by investors including DoorDash Co-Founder Stanley Tang and Gmail creator Paul Buchheit.
- • In this role, you can build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, shape how partners experience our platform, advocate internally for customer needs, and help scale the Customer Success function at a rapidly growing, technology-first distribution company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B relationship management within SaaS, logistics, distribution, or marketplace environments.
- • Proven ability to own and grow a portfolio of accounts while driving measurable outcomes in retention, adoption, and partner satisfaction.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead business reviews, deliver guidance, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence and empathy.
- • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, or similar); quick learner for new tools.
- • Solid understanding of order management, fulfillment workflows, billing, and invoicing processes.
- • Data fluency with ability to interpret account health metrics, usage data, and KPI dashboards to inform priorities and decisions.
- • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with reliable internet, strong organizational skills, and portfolio management excellence.
