- • As a Customer Success Manager for Filigran SAS in the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the company’s open-source cybersecurity solutions focused on Exposure Validation (AEV) and Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS). Your work directly contributes to strengthening organizational security postures globally by helping defense teams anticipate and respond to cyber threats more effectively.
- • You will own and manage the full customer lifecycle — from initial kickoff and onboarding through adoption, training, renewal, and expansion — acting as a trusted advisor who aligns technical delivery with business goals while collaborating closely with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless experiences and proactive issue resolution.
- • You will build and nurture strong, proactive relationships with customers across the EMEA region, leveraging your deep understanding of red team operations, purple team exercises, and adversary emulation methodologies to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team and share actionable customer feedback internally to drive product and service improvements.
- • You will coordinate with Customer Support Engineers and the Customer Platform Architect to resolve and escalate technical issues swiftly, track key success metrics using data to inform engagement strategies, and occasionally travel to meet customers and participate in company events to strengthen relationships and reinforce Filigran’s culture of collaboration and openness.
- • You will work within a fast-paced, remote-first, async-first environment that values adaptability, high-quality execution, and strong communication, reporting to the Manager of Customer Success EMEA while partnering with regional and cross-functional teams to serve a diverse, global customer base.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in cybersecurity customer success within the niche AEV/BAS domain, sharpen your strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven organization that values Cohesion, Openness, Responsibility, and Equity — growing both professionally and personally while helping build a more resilient, collaborative global defense ecosystem.
