- • As a Customer Success Manager for Major Accounts in ANZ, you will serve as the strategic partner for Harvey’s largest APAC-based customers, including elite law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and premier asset managers, ensuring they adopt and derive transformative value from Harvey’s AI platform.
- • You will act as the primary strategic advisor to customers, leading the integration of Harvey into complex enterprise workflows, monitoring account health, driving retention and expansion, and evangelizing AI adoption across legal and business teams while collaborating with Product Specialists and internal teams to relay insights for platform improvement.
- • You will join Harvey’s growing APAC Customer Success team in Sydney, reporting into the Majors Customer Success leadership team, operating within a mission-driven culture that values decisiveness, simplicity, and relentless improvement, where you’ll work alongside high-performing teammates committed to building a generational company at the forefront of AI in professional services.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI adoption, executive stakeholder engagement, and change management within top-tier legal and financial institutions, while shaping Harvey’s APAC customer success motion and advancing your career in a fast-scaling, investor-backed company with unmatched growth potential.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive background in strategic customer success or account management at Enterprise SaaS, legal (big law or in-house), or top-tier management consulting firms.
- • Proven experience leading change management and wide-scale technology adoption for large enterprise projects.
- • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- • Results-driven mindset with strong prioritization skills to manage competing demands and high-expectation customers.
- • Collaborative, proactive, team-first mentality.
- • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the APAC region.
