• • As a Customer Success Manager at Battle Road, you will serve as the critical link between cutting-edge simulation technology and military end-users, ensuring that AtomEngine—Onebrief’s modern, game-engine-based platform—is effectively deployed, understood, and adopted in high-stakes training environments.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading customer demos, training sessions, and onsite events; explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences such as officers, colonels, and generals; owning customer-facing agendas and communications; coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues; documenting customer feedback; and traveling up to 50% of the time to support live military exercises and workshops.

Battle Road, its military simulation division, is transforming legacy systems with AI-powered, operationally relevant tools used in real U.S. military training and command environments.
