  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for key Hive customers, providing strategic email marketing guidance to maximize audience engagement and ticket sales
  • • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure optimal use of Hive’s platform features, identifying opportunities to increase customer retention and revenue
  • • Onboard new customers and partners, including agencies, e-commerce platforms, and tech companies, guiding them through setup, best practices, and campaign optimization
  • • Maintain deep expertise in email marketing strategies and proactively share industry best practices, campaign insights, and trend analyses with clients
  • • Translate customer feedback into actionable product recommendations and contribute directly to the evolution of Hive’s product roadmap
  • • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop educational content based on real-world customer successes and performance data
  • • Support top-tier partners by tailoring solutions to their unique business models and integration needs with platforms like Ticketmaster and Shopify
  • • Act as an internal advocate for the customer experience, helping to shape and scale customer success processes as the company grows
  • • Monitor customer health metrics and escalate risks or churn signals with proactive intervention strategies
  • • Deliver clear, compelling written communication to explain complex features and marketing concepts in an accessible way
  • • Stay current on evolving email marketing trends, automation tools, and customer engagement tactics to ensure clients receive cutting-edge advice
  • • Partner with the sales and onboarding teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent customer onboarding experiences
  • • Utilize HubSpot and other Customer Success Management tools to track engagement, manage workflows, and report on customer outcomes
  • • Contribute to the development of scalable customer success frameworks that accommodate growing client volume and diverse verticals
  • • Represent Hive at a strategic level by understanding clients’ broader marketing goals and aligning Hive’s capabilities to support them
  • • Actively participate in internal initiatives to refine the customer journey, improve retention metrics, and enhance overall product satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • • 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, either executing campaigns or advising clients on strategy
  • • Proven ability to communicate complex marketing concepts clearly and effectively through written and verbal channels
  • • Proficiency with HubSpot or other Customer Success Management tools
  • • Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably within a small team
  • • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to customer issues

  • • Salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 CAD per year, plus commission and equity
  • • Fully remote work within Canada (excludes Quebec)
