📋 Description
- • As a Customer Success Manager (Commercial) at Optro, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction by understanding their needs, maximizing product value, and driving long-term relationships in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
- • Day to day, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide product insights, proactively resolve issues, gather feedback for product improvement, conduct training sessions via webinars and outreach, and focus on retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in customer success within a B2B SaaS context, gain hands-on experience with GRC platforms like AuditBoard, develop strategic account management skills, and grow your ability to influence C-level executives while contributing to product innovation through customer feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, IT compliance, or a related field in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, audit, IT compliance, or management consulting with a focus on enterprise-level challenges
- • 1+ years of hands-on experience with AuditBoard or similar GRC platform, data load processes, and advanced configurations
