- • As a Customer Success Manager, Commercial (EST) at Nooks Platform Inc., you will ensure customers maximize value from the AI Sales Assistant Platform and drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- • You will manage a portfolio of ~75 commercial accounts, onboard new customers, analyze usage metrics to identify upsell opportunities, monitor health metrics, provide technical support as needed, and serve as the voice of the customer to inform product development.
- • Nooks is a high-growth AI Sales Assistant Platform backed by top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, with 4x then 3x ARR growth over the past two years and plans to triple again this year, serving clients like HubSpot and Rippling.
- • You will develop scalable customer success processes, collaborate across teams, and gain deep expertise in SaaS customer lifecycle management while contributing to a fast-moving, mission-driven culture.
