- • As a Customer Success Manager at Shook, you will serve as a strategic partner to ambitious global brands, helping them transform creative experimentation into measurable business outcomes by leveraging Shook’s scalable short-video production and AI-powered creative intelligence platform.
- • You will work at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and operational execution, guiding clients across eCommerce, apps, and consumer brands to maximize the value of Shook’s platform through data-driven insights and structured testing frameworks.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, analyzing campaign performance data to uncover actionable insights, managing end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating internal teams for seamless creative production execution, driving product adoption through workshops and training, and gathering client feedback to inform product development.
- • You will frequently travel across Europe to meet key clients in person, ensuring strong partnership alignment and proactive support for creative testing and optimization initiatives.
- • The Shook team is a global, highly skilled, and motivated group (“Shookies”) operating across four continents, united by a mission to help brands win in short-video by accelerating creative learning speed in an era where creative iteration—not media buying—is the competitive bottleneck.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in performance marketing analytics, creative testing methodologies, and SaaS-based creative platforms, while sharpening your client leadership, strategic communication, and cross-functional project management skills in a fast-growing, outcome-driven technology environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and/or Creative Strategy, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Shorts, or Snapchat
- • Strong understanding of advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic) and familiarity with key performance metrics and optimization approaches
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze creative and campaign data, translate insights into clear recommendations, and guide structured testing and iteration to improve performance
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and client leadership skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and build trusted relationships with performance marketing teams
- • Strong project management and organizational abilities, self-motivation, and a commercially minded approach focused on driving measurable outcomes
