- • As a Customer Success Manager at Luminovo, you will be a strategic partner for mid-size and enterprise customers in North America, driving value realization across the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal and expansion—within the trillion-dollar electronics supply chain industry.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include proactively managing your customer portfolio to ensure maximum product value, facilitating seamless onboarding through interactive trainings and workshops, collecting and sharing user insights to inform product development, assisting product and engineering teams with feedback and testing, negotiating contract renewals, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
- • You will join a pioneering North American team supporting Luminovo’s global expansion, collaborating closely with the Business & Operations Lead, Customer Success Team Lead in Europe, Sales Lead, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product and Sales teams to align on customer feedback, roadmap, and growth initiatives.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in customer success best practices, gain specialized knowledge of the electronics industry and AI-powered supply chain platforms, develop strategic account management skills, and grow your career by making measurable impact in a fast-scaling, mission-driven B2B SaaS environment.
