  • • Act as the strategic quarterback for a portfolio of 50-150 accounts, translating complex usage data into clear, actionable growth plans that increase ad spend, expand seat licenses, and unlock upsell opportunities worth six-figure ARR.
  • • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that feel more like board meetings than check-ins: present performance dashboards, benchmark customers against industry peers, and co-author 90-day roadmaps that tie Daylight’s predictive analytics directly to occupancy and rent-growth KPIs.
  • • Build airtight onboarding playbooks that compress time-to-value from weeks to days; you’ll configure data feeds, map custom fields, and train distributed marketing teams via Zoom, Loom, and in-app tours so their first campaign is live within 72 hours of contract signature.
  • • Monitor health scores and product telemetry daily; when an account dips below green, you’ll proactively diagnose root causes—whether creative fatigue, audience mis-targeting, or integration gaps—and orchestrate cross-functional SWAT teams to reverse churn risk before it’s too late.
  • • Translate customer pain points into crisp product briefs for engineering and data science; your voice in sprint planning will shape the roadmap for features like AI-generated ad copy, dynamic budget re-allocation, and multi-channel attribution that keep Daylight two steps ahead of Google and Meta.
  • • Evangelize customer wins across case studies, webinars, and conference stages; your stories will arm Sales with proof points that shorten deal cycles and inspire prospects to envision what’s possible when they plug Daylight into their tech stack.
  • • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to refine segmentation, pricing, and packaging; your frontline insights will influence how we bundle audience data, creative services, and managed media into tiered plans that maximize LTV without adding complexity.
  • • Mentor junior CSMs and onboard new hires in a fully remote environment; you’ll document best practices in Notion, run shadow calls, and build a culture of radical candor where feedback loops drive continuous improvement.
  • • Travel up to 20 % for onsite strategy sessions, property tours, and industry events—because nothing replaces shaking hands in a leasing office or presenting ROI to a room full of executives who control nine-figure marketing budgets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of high-touch Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth Consulting experience with a B2B SaaS or data product.
  • • Proven track record of owning a $2-10 M ARR book of business and achieving >110 % net revenue retention.
  • • Fluency in marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CPL) and the ability to translate them into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Expert-level proficiency with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), BI tools (Tableau, Looker), and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
  • • Exceptional virtual presentation skills—comfortable commanding a Zoom room of 20 executives and leaving them energized, not fatigued.
