  • • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Triple Whale, you will be responsible for supporting eCommerce stores and agency clients who manage these relationships, playing a critical role in the company’s growth across EMEA.
  • • You will take ownership of relationships with Enterprise clients, leading program strategy in a consultative and data-driven fashion, acting as a trusted consultant on marketing strategy, best practices, and feature functionality.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support teams to deliver maximum client value, drive revenue retention and growth, and own the full customer lifecycle from goal-setting to renewals.
  • • You will develop deep product expertise, stay current on marketing industry trends, lead client meetings (in-person and virtual), analyze usage data for forecasting and risk management, and translate customer feedback into product requirements to improve the overall customer experience.
  • • Joining an expanding global team of passionate CSMs, you will contribute to shaping the customer success function in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment where speed, customer obsession, trustworthiness, curiosity, and integrity are core values.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Previous experience servicing customers in the ecommerce space is a must, highly preferred from a SaaS environment
  • • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • • Quick learner with flexibility to embrace change and new responsibilities
  • • Excellent computer skills and tech savvy
  • • Service-oriented mindset with passion for delivering top-notch client service
