📋 Description

  • As a Customer Success Manager - EMEA at Drata, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for enterprise customers, driving measurable outcomes and ensuring they realize maximum value from the platform through deep alignment with their business objectives.
  • You will manage a book of business of 100+ customers, acting as the main point of contact for executive stakeholders, conducting monthly health checks and quarterly business reviews, and developing Mutual Action Plans to track progress toward compliance and business goals.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify risks, prevent churn, support renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities by promoting product adoption and best practices.
  • You will leverage data from tools like Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira to inform decisions, demonstrate product value, and act as a trusted advisor on compliance journey progression, helping customers achieve and maintain trust through the Drata platform.
  • Drata is a mission-driven, fast-growing company of 600+ employees focused on helping organizations build and prove trust with their users through automation, transparency, and a culture rooted in ownership, speed, and customer obsession.
  • In this role, you will grow your expertise in enterprise customer management, data-driven success strategies, and B2B SaaS expansion while contributing to customer retention and revenue growth in the EMEA region.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Consulting
  • 2+ years of experience in Security and/or Compliance
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of accounts (100+ customers)
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement across verbal, written, and presentation formats
  • Experience using Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira to drive data-informed customer success actions
