- • Join Gainsight as a Customer Success Manager to drive customer value and success through strategic use of the Gainsight platform, reducing churn and increasing upsell opportunities for global clients.
- • Day to day, you will manage client engagements, set strategic direction for product use, define success criteria, ensure accountability for outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and opportunities while guiding clients toward maximal value realization.
