- • As a Customer Success Manager at Triple Whale, you will focus on supporting ecommerce stores and agency Enterprise clients, owning relationships and leading program strategy in a consultative, data-driven fashion to drive customer success and revenue growth.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support; forecast revenue and renewals; understand customer goals and implement tailored success plans; drive executive relationships; identify expansion opportunities; manage the full account lifecycle; work independently as a trusted consultant; develop deep product and industry knowledge; lead client meetings; analyze usage for forecasting and risk management; translate client feedback into product requirements; and contribute to improving the customer experience.
