📋 Description
- • Own the full customer journey for Heidi Health’s hospital and clinic customers across France, ensuring seamless adoption, high engagement, and measurable impact on clinician efficiency and patient care.
- • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, including planning, training, and go-live support, ensuring smooth integration of Heidi’s AI Care Partner into existing clinical workflows.
- • Drive strategic adoption by developing and executing tailored plans to maximize clinician usage, satisfaction, and long-term love for the product.
- • Track and improve key customer success metrics such as time-to-first-value and early activation rates to ensure rapid realization of product value.
- • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and mitigate churn risks through continuous engagement, success planning, and education strategies.
- • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in public and private healthcare institutions across France.
- • Serve as the primary voice of the customer internally, advocating for customer needs and priorities to product, engineering, and support teams.
- • Resolve operational blockers by collaborating cross-functionally to remove friction points and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product development, feature prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
- • Deliver consistent value through proactive check-ins, educational content, and strategic success reviews at every touchpoint in the customer lifecycle.
- • Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency across all engagements.
- • Navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action, making data-informed decisions while staying grounded in the human impact of healthcare.
- • Work closely with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to understand unique hospital workflows and tailor Heidi’s solution to local healthcare practices in France.
- • Showcase customer wins and success stories to reinforce Heidi’s value proposition and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- • Contribute to scaling customer success processes as Heidi expands across Europe, helping to refine best practices for global deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in a customer success role at a SaaS company, with proven ability to own the full customer lifecycle
- • Familiarity with France’s healthcare ecosystem (both public and private)
- • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to set and manage expectations with customers and cross-functional teams
- • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- • Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- • Medical background (e.g., former doctor, nurse, or allied health professional) preferred
