- • As a Customer Success Manager at iDeals Solutions Group Limited in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding the company’s reputation as a market leader in secure business collaboration, directly contributing to customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth in the DACH region.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of customer relationships for a portfolio of approximately 250 high-value B2B clients, driving renewals, expansions, and advocacy while ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term product adoption.
- • The Customer Success team at iDeals has been instrumental in securing five consecutive years of Market Leader status on G2, and you will join a high-performing, values-driven organization committed to excellence, collaboration, and customer-centric innovation.
- • You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to influence product improvements, shape customer success strategies, and represent the voice of the customer in strategic initiatives.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in SaaS customer success, strategic account management, and revenue expansion within a global, fast-evolving tech environment, positioning you for leadership growth in customer-facing roles.
- • Day-to-day, you will research and onboard new clients by identifying their business objectives and mapping product value to their use cases, ensuring early alignment and rapid time-to-value.
- • You will conduct structured kick-off and training sessions tailored to client needs, leveraging your communication and presentation skills to drive product adoption and confidence.
- • You will manage your account portfolio through proactive outreach, health scoring, and prioritized engagement, using data and insights to anticipate needs and prevent churn.
- • You will lead renewal negotiations and identify expansion opportunities through upsells and cross-sells, directly impacting MRR/ARR growth by aligning product capabilities with client evolution.
- • You will conduct exit interviews with churned clients to gather actionable feedback and contribute to product and process improvements.
- • You will champion customer advocacy by securing testimonials, case studies, and reference opportunities that strengthen iDeals’ market reputation and support marketing and sales efforts.
- • You will participate in special projects to refine customer success playbooks, introduce new engagement programs, and improve scalability of the CS function across EMEA.
🎯 Requirements
- • Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native-level fluency in German
- • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proven experience managing a book of 50+ accounts with strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- • Demonstrated ability to drive MRR/ARR growth through renewals, upsells, or cross-sells
- • Experience leading commercial conversations involving pricing, discounting, and upselling
- • Customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal effectiveness
