- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching and onboarding new clients, managing a portfolio of approximately 250 accounts through structured follow-ups and proactive engagement, executing renewals and expansions based on usage and growth potential, conducting exit interviews with churned clients, and leading customer advocacy initiatives such as securing reviews, testimonials, and case studies.
- • You will join a customer-centric, global B2B SaaS company trusted by over 2 million users from 300,000 companies worldwide, known for its secure business collaboration products—Ideals Virtual Data Room and Ideals Board—and recognized for excellence in customer success and innovation.
