- • As the founding Customer Success Manager for Sadie in the Australian market, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and hotel partners, ensuring seamless adoption, long-term satisfaction, and revenue growth through proactive relationship management and strategic support.
- • You will own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hotel clients, including setting expectations, delivering tailored training, coordinating with integration and support teams, and ensuring full system adoption to drive early value realization.
- • Acting as the main point of contact post-onboarding, you will build trusted relationships with hotel operators and managers, monitor customer health through usage and engagement metrics, and proactively resolve issues before they impact satisfaction or retention.
- • You will gather, track, and analyze customer feedback from hotel partners, identify recurring pain points or feature requests, and advocate for customer needs internally by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize roadmap improvements.
- • You will help develop and refine scalable customer success playbooks, standardize processes across onboarding, support, and expansion, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to ensure alignment and consistent customer experiences.
- • Focused on retention and growth, you will ensure customers understand and leverage the full value of Sadie’s AI-powered voice platform, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and support expansion within multi-location hotel groups through referrals and expanded usage.
- • You will contribute to a fast-moving, mission-driven startup environment where your empathy, organizational skills, and hospitality industry insight directly influence product evolution and customer outcomes in a high-growth AI technology company.
- • By championing the voice of the customer and driving successful implementations, you will help establish Sadie as a trusted partner in the Australian hospitality sector, contributing to increased guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue generation for hotel partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or hospitality technology roles
- • Previous experience as a front desk hotelier, hotel manager, or in hotel operations
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- • Highly organized, empathetic, and customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships
- • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities and evolving responsibilities
