- • As a Customer Success Manager I at Deel, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for French-speaking clients, driving retention, adoption, and expansion by deeply understanding their business needs and aligning Deel’s global payroll and HR solutions to their goals. This role is critical to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity, as you will directly impact customer satisfaction and long-term revenue growth by ensuring clients successfully navigate international hiring, compliance, and payroll complexities.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will manage a high volume of small-to-mid spend accounts in the SMB/MM or Enterprise segments, proactively identifying risks that could lead to churn and implementing mitigation strategies; build and nurture strong client relationships by conducting regular check-ins, uncovering pain points, and delivering tailored solutions that drive product adoption and expansion opportunities; act as the voice of the customer by systematically collecting product and operational feedback and relaying insights to product, engineering, and compliance teams to influence roadmap priorities; coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Support, Legal, and Product to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and seamless onboarding experiences; and drive feature adoption through targeted enablement, training, and best practice sharing that enhances customer experience and increases lifetime value.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global payroll, HR compliance, and international employment regulations while honing your skills in consultative selling, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional project management, and stakeholder influence; you’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge SaaS metrics, customer health scoring, and renewal forecasting, positioning you for accelerated career growth into senior Customer Success, Account Management, or Leadership roles within Deel’s rapidly scaling global organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles, with proven success in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity environments
- • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, remain calm under pressure, and act as a trusted advisor during complex or ambiguous situations
- • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights—SQL expertise not required but comfort with data manipulation and interpretation essential
- • Fluent proficiency in both French and English, enabling effective communication with clients and internal teams across regions
- • Self-motivated, resilient, and growth-oriented mindset with a track record of taking initiative, delivering measurable impact, and thriving in high-responsibility, fast-paced settings
