- • As a Customer Success Manager II at Deel, you will be the face and voice of the company for clients across EMEA, building durable relationships that drive long-term revenue growth and serving as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related issues.
- • Day to day, you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, identify and mitigate churn risks, conduct regular business reviews, collect and share customer feedback with internal teams, coordinate responses to client requests, and drive adoption of platform features to improve experience and retention.
- • You will join a global team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform powering global work for businesses in 150+ countries, backed by a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR, recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 and Forbes Cloud 100 company.
