- • As a Customer Success Manager at Propelus Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of a portfolio of customers in the healthcare compliance technology space, serving as their primary advocate and driving long-term value through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.
- • Day to day, you will manage assigned customer accounts, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, onboard new customers in partnership with Professional Services, create and execute shared success plans, monitor customer health using CSP systems, collaborate with Support and Product teams to resolve challenges, conduct regular business reviews, provide product guidance, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and develop customer advocates through case studies and testimonials.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
- • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology
- • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Proficiency in using CRM/CSP software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Experience with compliance management software is a plus
- • Certification in Customer Success Management is an advantage
