- • As a Customer Success Manager at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer retention by reactivating inactive Advisory clients and expanding the customer base through strategic outreach and relationship management in the Italian market. Your work directly contributes to the company’s mission of enabling high-stakes business processes with greater efficiency, security, and confidence for over 2 million users across 300,000 global organizations.
- • You will own the full customer lifecycle for your assigned portfolio, combining proactive sales initiatives with deep customer success practices to ensure clients achieve maximum value from iDeals’ Virtual Data Room (VDR) and Board platforms, thereby increasing adoption, reducing churn, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and executing targeted outreach campaigns via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging to re-engage past clients and identify new opportunities; conducting product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and tailored training to ensure smooth adoption; researching prospective clients to understand their business needs and align product value propositions; maintaining regular check-ins throughout the customer journey to monitor usage, anticipate challenges, and drive engagement; proactively reactivating churned accounts, soliciting referrals, and uncovering expansion opportunities within existing accounts; monitoring client activity within the VDR platform to detect early signs of dissatisfaction and swiftly resolving issues to preserve satisfaction and trust; building strategic, trusted advisor relationships through consistent, value-driven communication; and contributing to process improvement initiatives by participating in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing Customer Success methodologies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a full sales cycle role, including prospecting, negotiation, deal closure, and account management
- • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders across regions
- • Demonstrated proficiency in core sales competencies: objection handling, negotiation, proposal development, and closing techniques
- • Strong self-motivation, proactive work ethic, and ability to learn quickly from feedback while adapting to evolving priorities
- • Skill in rapidly building rapport with clients and maintaining a results-driven mindset focused on achieving targets and customer outcomes
