  • • As a Customer Success Manager for the MEA region at Camunda, you will serve as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise customers, aligning Camunda’s enterprise agentic automation platform with their business goals to drive long-term retention, satisfaction, and expansion in a high-growth, innovative market.
  • • You will develop and execute customer success plans that define KPIs, map stakeholders, identify critical success factors, and outline product adoption strategies, ensuring customers realize measurable value from their investment in Camunda’s orchestration technology across agents, people, and systems.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing trust-based relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, guiding them through their journey with Camunda and acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales to identify and grow expansion opportunities, leveraging your trusted advisor status to influence buying decisions and support renewal and upsell motions through value-based engagement.
  • • Proactive partnership with Consulting, Support, and Engineering teams will be essential to resolve product and support-related issues swiftly, ensuring seamless customer experiences and minimizing friction in adoption.
  • • You will work with Product Management and Marketing to share customer insights, influence product roadmap priorities, develop best practice programs, and foster customer references and advocacy initiatives.
  • • As a Customer Success Champion, you will evangelize customer-centricity across Camunda, contributing to improved retention outcomes, enhanced customer experience, and stronger loyalty by embedding the voice of the customer into internal processes and playbooks.
  • • You will lead structured success planning, value management, and use case pipeline development, translating strategic business goals into actionable customer success motions and helping refine enterprise-wide engagement methodologies.
  • • Your analytical skills will be key in interpreting customer data, tracking success metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations that improve health scores and inform strategic account planning.
  • • With fluency in English and Arabic, you will effectively engage diverse stakeholders across the MEA region, navigating cultural and linguistic nuances to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • • You will gain deep exposure to cutting-edge enterprise automation technologies, including process orchestration, AI agents, cloud architecture, and modern software practices, positioning you at the forefront of the BOAT (Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies) market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a similar role in enterprise software
  • • Proven ability to drive both retention (GRR) and expansion (NRR) through value-based engagement strategies
  • • Experience building relationships and engaging effectively with senior business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • • Analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, track success metrics, and make data-driven recommendations
