- • As a Customer Success Manager for Scribe’s Mid-Market segment, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value from the Workflow AI platform by guiding them through onboarding, driving adoption, and securing renewals—directly contributing to customer retention, revenue growth, and Scribe’s mission to uplevel how work gets done.
- • You will own the full customer lifecycle for your portfolio: leading tailored onboarding experiences that align with each customer’s unique business needs, advising on best practices using your deep product expertise, monitoring usage and activity data to calculate and communicate ROI, identifying expansion opportunities through strategic engagement with champions, managing contract renewals to maintain best-in-class retention, and partnering with Account Executives to execute growth initiatives—all while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to surface customer insights and spearhead strategic projects that improve adoption, retention, and expansion metrics.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or a related SaaS-facing role, with a demonstrated interest in building new skills and growing your career at a fast-paced startup.
- • Proven ability to manage a high-touch book of business from onboarding through renewals, including experience owning subscription renewals and expansion targets for SaaS solutions.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, deliver engaging presentations, and influence stakeholders across organizations.
- • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, enabling you to coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and manage a large volume of customer interactions effectively.
- • Strong problem-solving skills, including the capacity to recognize common business challenges and propose practical, technology-enabled solutions using Scribe’s platform.
- • Passion for technology and a proven ability to quickly learn and master new SaaS software applications, coupled with a techno-functional mindset that connects features to real-world business applications.
