  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our relationships with a portfolio of Mid-Market Enterprise clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring they derive maximum value from Remote's comprehensive global employment solutions.
  • • You will act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned clients, guiding them through their journey with Remote, from onboarding and adoption to ongoing engagement and strategic growth.
  • • Your core mission will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by deeply understanding client needs, proactively identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional support and strategic guidance.

  • • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with our Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience throughout their lifecycle.
  • • You will be a champion for your clients internally, providing valuable feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to influence the development of new features and improvements that address market needs.
  • • Educating clients on best practices for global employment, compliance, and employee experience will be a significant part of your responsibilities, positioning you as a thought leader.
  • • You will identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling Remote's suite of services, contributing directly to revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • • Demonstrated understanding of the challenges and complexities of international hiring, global payroll, and compliance.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • • Experience managing a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
  • • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is a strong plus.
  • • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms.
