📋 Description

• • The Customer Success Manager (Mountain West) is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers to drive product adoption, utilization, and renewal readiness, ensuring customers realize ongoing value from Transfr’s immersive VR training solutions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a book of business through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization; monitoring customer health signals; conducting regular check-ins and value reviews; preparing for renewals; partnering cross-functionally with Account Management, Support, Product, Sales, and Programs teams; and maintaining accurate account documentation and action plans.
