📋 Description

• As a Customer Success Manager at Eye Security, you will take full ownership of a diverse and strategic customer portfolio from day one, driving long-term value and client satisfaction in a mission-driven cybersecurity scale-up.
• You will lead and build relationships by owning a portfolio of customers, guiding them with tailored strategies to increase adoption, satisfaction, and retention, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on deep understanding of customer needs.
• You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams, acting as the voice of the customer to advocate internally and influence product and service improvements through feedback.
• You will use data to fuel decisions by tracking customer health metrics and transforming insights into actionable strategies that strengthen relationships and outcomes, all while collaborating to deliver seamless, impactful customer experiences.
• You will join a team of top-tier professionals from national CERTs, intelligence agencies, and leading tech backgrounds, working on international projects to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business and help build a safer digital future.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role with a proven track record in driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and leading customer conversations.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into actionable insights, and experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Customer-obsessed mindset, consistently seeking to understand customer challenges and unlock long-term value.
• Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a similar environment considered a strong plus.
