  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery of client projects, managing multiple simultaneous implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, 3D, Engineering, Finance), overseeing timelines, risks, and dependencies, serving as the primary client contact during implementation, providing regular updates, managing expectations, promoting client accountability for data and milestones, handling scope changes, escalating risks when needed, identifying expansion opportunities for client solution usage, contributing to structured customer journeys that maximize value, and sharing insights to evolve the Customer Success function toward a proactive, value-driven model.
  • • The role sits within an international team supporting a growing tech client in the event visualization space, where the Customer Success function is evolving to become more proactive and value-oriented, offering the opportunity to help shape processes and contribute to scalable client success strategies.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in a fast-growing SaaS-adjacent environment, gain experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Finance teams, refine stakeholder and client communication skills in bilingual (Spanish/English) settings, and contribute to the maturation of a Customer Success organization by helping define value-based engagement models and customer journey frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management
  • • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously
  • • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including comfort coordinating cross-functional teams
  • • High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
  • • Fluency in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
