- • As a Customer Success Manager, Regional (Los Angeles) at Flock Safety, you will drive value and exceptional experiences for the company’s largest and most strategic customers, directly contributing to net revenue retention and long-term customer advocacy in a mission-driven safety technology platform.
- • Day to day, you will proactively engage strategic accounts through in-person trainings, optimization calls, and best practice sharing; build trust with multi-departmental stakeholders; translate technical functionality into clear customer value; act as an internal customer champion by feeding insights to Product, Sales, and Marketing; manage escalations with diplomacy; and drive growth via referrals and references while owning your book of business.
