• • Day to day, you will onboard customers, troubleshoot support requests, manage cross-functional priorities between customer needs and engineering resources, create training materials, and advocate for customer success by aligning internal teams around customer outcomes.
• • Constructor Technologies powers product search for major retailers like Sephora and Backcountry, serving billions of requests annually through a machine learning-driven platform that prioritizes metrics over features, with a culture rooted in empathy, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
