  • • As a Customer Success Manager, Scale at Semperis, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for Small to Medium-Sized Business (SMB) customers across Commercial, SLED, and Federal segments in the Central Time Zone. You will be instrumental in scaling Semperis’ success programs by designing and executing digital, one-to-many engagement strategies that ensure customers achieve their cybersecurity objectives, particularly around Active Directory and Entra ID protection, while fostering long-term partnerships rooted in trust and value realization.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing and maintaining success plans throughout the customer lifecycle—onboarding, adoption, optimization, expansion, and renewal—managing one-to-many engagement programs such as onboarding cohorts, product enablement webinars, proactive health checks, and feature adoption campaigns; owning and reporting on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics using usage data and risk scores; partnering with Account Executives to identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities; conducting product health checks and delivering actionable security posture recommendations; leading training and enablement sessions, including recording instructional videos; acting as the voice of the customer by gathering insights to inform Product, Engineering, and GTM teams; maintaining accurate records in SFDC and CS tools; contributing to the development of CS playbooks and digital success processes; identifying customer champions and advocacy opportunities; and collaborating with Marketing to create SMB-focused content such as guides, templates, and webinars.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise cybersecurity SaaS, particularly around identity protection solutions for Active Directory and Entra ID, while honing scalable customer success strategies, data-driven health monitoring, consultative selling, and cross-functional influence. You will gain experience in building and optimizing digital engagement programs, translating technical telemetry into compelling business narratives, and shaping customer advocacy initiatives—positioning you for advancement into senior customer success, leadership, or specialized roles in cybersecurity GTM or product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
  • • Aptitude and drive to develop and maintain an essential understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • • 2+ years of experience working with C-level Executives that includes meetings, high-level presentations, and collaborative discussions.
  • • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • • Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data.
  • • Proactive; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipate customer needs, and have solutions ready when they are.
